My name is Valentina Trapani and I’m pleased to welcome you and share the story and inspiration behind the creation of this language school.
Originally from Italy, I spent many years living in Germany, an experience that ignited a lifelong passion for languages and cultures. Immersed in a multilingual environment, I developed a deep fascination with how language shapes identity, connection, and communication. This passion led me to focus my studies in the field of linguistics, laying a strong foundation for my professional approach to language education, translation, interpreting and my appreciation for cultural diversity.
In 2016, I relocated to El Paso, Texas, where I quickly fell in love with the rich culture and breathtaking sunsets and decided to make it my home. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with several local language schools and to teach foreign languages in elementary schools. These experiences strengthened my teaching philosophy and confirmed my belief that language learning is about far more than vocabulary and grammar, it’s about building connections, gaining new perspectives, and engaging meaningfully with the world.
I founded 915 Languages to create a dynamic and supportive space where learners of all ages can approach new languages with curiosity. We offer a broad range of courses designed to meet diverse needs and proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners. In addition to our classes, we organize cultural events that allow students to experience language through culture, real-world context, and community connections. Through our interactive programs and events, students don’t just learn a language, they gain a deeper understanding of the cultures and communities behind it.
